Associated Milk Producers Inc., or AMPI, is a large U.S. dairy farmer-owned cooperative based in the Upper Midwest that processes, markets, and manufactures a wide range of dairy products. Owned by hundreds of family farms in states including Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska, South Dakota and North Dakota, the co‐op handles several billion pounds of milk annually using its network of manufacturing plants.
