Registered Dietitian Bridget Bullinger will speak at the North Dakota Academy of Physician Assistants Conference, focusing on beef nutrition. Beef-focused educational toolkits will be available to healthcare professionals in attendance.
The NDBC will once again host “Grilling with the Governor” at the State Capitol, serving lunch to state employees. Staff and volunteers will be at the Fargo Marathon, hosting a refueling station for runners and distributing educational materials to more than 16,000 runners, spectators, and volunteers.
Social media channels will highlight agricultural and family and consumer sciences classrooms that applied for Beef Mini Grants supporting instruction in beef production, nutrition, and culinary skills.
The NDBC will continue its outreach and engagement efforts into June with additional programming planned. About the North Dakota Beef Commission
