Safety Excellence Recognized: AGI Digital Marks Three Years with No Lost-Time Injury

Naperville, IL, March 6, 2026 — Ag Growth International (“AGI”) is proud to announce a major safety milestone at its AGI Digital facility in Lenexa, Kansas: three consecutive years with no lost-time injury (LTI). This achievement earned the site AGI’s highest safety honor, the Safety Standout Award, recognizing exceptional commitment to workplace safety and employee well-being across its global operations.

A LTI is a workplace injury that results in an employee missing work. It is a key metric used to assess safety performance and its impact on productivity. The AGI Safety Management System (ASMS), used across the company’s global operations, focuses on proactive risk identification, corrective action and continuous improvement through both leading and lagging indicators.

Since 2020, the AGI Digital facility has combined local manufacturing with cutting‑edge digital innovation to deliver sensor‑driven technologies that help customers ensure safety, protect and monitor grain quality and manage risk. Technologies produced in Lenexa include AGI BinManager, AGI BinMonitor, AGI SureTrack, AGI Farmobile and CMC Hazard Monitoring developed for use by farmers and commercial feed and grain operators and processors.
