North Carolina Potato Association – The North Carolina Potato Association joins PSA as a new state grower organization member. Representing 16 growers with a legacy dating back to 1928, the Association has long supported collaboration and growth within the potato industry. North Carolina’s short but impactful growing season plays a key role in filling supply gaps across the U.S. and Canada, with approximately 75% of production serving the chip market. The Association also works closely with state and national partners to promote North Carolina potatoes and strengthen market opportunities for growers. |
