Sioux Falls, SD – The American Coalition for Ethanol (ACE) announced registration is open for its 39th annual conference, taking place August 19-21, 2026, at the Minneapolis Marriott City Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This year’s theme, “Fueling Freedom,” builds on America’s 250th anniversary celebration in 2026 and highlights how ethanol expands fuel choice, relieves pain at the pump, boosts rural economies, and strengthens U.S. energy security.

“We’re seeing strong momentum across the ethanol industry as we head toward our conference this August, and this year’s event will harness that energy around our ‘Fueling Freedom’ theme,” said Brian Jennings, ACE CEO. “With progress on nationwide year-round E15, record RFS volumes, and key 45Z guidance taking shape, this is a pivotal moment for the industry to come together, strengthen partnerships, and accelerate growth. As we approach America’s 250th anniversary, ethanol’s role in delivering affordable, reliable, and homegrown energy has never been more important.”

“The ACE conference is where the ethanol industry comes together to tackle challenges, share solutions, and chart the path forward,” said Katie Muckenhirn, ACE Vice President of Public Affairs. “This year, we’re developing a focused, forward-looking agenda that gives attendees the insights, connections, and tools they need to grow demand, navigate policy, and stay competitive in a rapidly evolving energy landscape.”

The conference will feature two days of general sessions covering a wide range of issues, including:

  • The latest developments in the E15 and E85 retail landscape,
  • Policy priorities to expand ethanol demand and unlock new markets beyond light-duty-vehicle use,
  • Global trade and export opportunities and challenges,
  • Technology innovations to improve efficiency and profitability.

In addition, breakout sessions will offer attendees a choice of three focused tracks: Leadership & Management, Technology, and Carbon.

For nearly 40 years, The ACE has centered on the people of the ethanol industry—connecting producers, retailers, policymakers, and researchers in a collaborative setting designed to advance shared priorities.
