DECATUR, Ill. – As more producers choose to modernize the machines they already own with high-value precision upgrades, visitors to the PTx exhibit at this year’s Farm Progress Show will find an extensive slate of retrofit paths and customization choices designed to strengthen margins and increase return on investment. From the opening pass at planting through in-season management and on to harvest and post-harvest, PTx™ brands Precision Planting® and PTx Trimble™ will spotlight solutions built to operate in every season and across mixed fleets.
“Farm Progress Show is a great chance for farmers to see firsthand how to enhance their existing equipment with new capabilities,” said Bryce Baker, North America Tactical Marketing Lead, PTx. “For farmers who are looking for ways to stretch the hours in their iron, the PTx booth will showcase how they can solve their toughest problems without having to put new equipment in the shed.”

PTx Booth 833 will serve as the destination for the entire PTx portfolio, bringing together new introductions alongside well-known upgrades to give attendees a complete view of practical technologies that can be implemented immediately or planned into future seasons:
FarmENGAGE: Making its debut this year, PTx FarmENGAGE is a comprehensive farm operations management platform that streamlines, unifies and simplifies oversight of fleets and fieldwork, regardless of brand, model or model year. Built for interoperability with Deere Operations Center, Raven Slingshot, Case IH FieldOps and additional partner ecosystems, FarmENGAGE delivers real-time fleet tracking, automated task reporting and best-in-class data routing to support centralized command, optimized planning and collaboration with third-party software. FarmENGAGE connects directly to displays from Fendt®, Massey Ferguson® and Valtra® machines, as well as any machine operating PTx Trimble GFX displays, enabling a consistent experience across the operation.
Starlink Connectivity Compatibility: PTx now supports Starlink connectivity for Precision Planting 20|20 monitors and PTx Trimble GFX displays, enabling Panorama and FarmENGAGE functionality in areas where cellular coverage is unreliable or nonexistent. Users can select a complete kit that includes mounting brackets, Starlink hardware and the Starlink subscription, or they can purchase mounting brackets separately to integrate existing Starlink equipment already on the farm.
Panorama: As a mobile and web companion to the Precision Planting 20|20 display, Panorama makes agronomic data from planting, harvest and spraying more accessible and actionable. The PassMaster feature allows two 20|20 displays to share coverage and maps in real time, while a new livestream option lets farmers view their display remotely to monitor operations and support decision-making. Panorama also pairs with SymphonyVision to show spraying maps alongside camera-generated photos, blending machine data and imagery into one cohesive view.
OutRun Autonomy: Launched last year, the PTx Trimble OutRun system enables fully autonomous grain cart operation with John Deere 8R/8000R tractors, increasing harvest efficiency and reducing labor bottlenecks. This year, OutRun expands into tillage targeted for fall 2026 and will also be offered as a retrofit for Fendt 900 series tractors. Attendees can see both capabilities in action in the autonomous demonstration area, providing a clear look at how autonomy can be integrated into current workflows.
DuraWear Additions: Uneven planting depth can cause uneven emergence and lost yield potential, and every row may not be planting at precisely the same depth. The new Precision Planting DuraWear depth handle for John Deere and Harvest International row units enables pre-season calibration of each row’s depth so that the same setting results in the same planting depth across the entire toolbar. In addition, DuraWear parallel arms are now compatible with Kinze 3000 pull row units, expanding beyond existing compatibility with John Deere and Case IH models to give more growers a durable, consistent option.
DrySet Micro: Precision Planting DrySet Micro is an electric drive meter engineered to deliver granular insecticide or micronutrients with row-by-row control. It mounts to standard insecticide boxes and utilizes an internal auger for precise, consistent application, with the entire system managed via the Precision Planting 20|20 platform so operators can maintain complete visibility and control from the cab.
SymphonyVision Vision-Based Spraying: Precision Planting SymphonyVision uses cameras to dynamically adjust spraying based on weed severity, enabling variable-rate applications that reduce chemical use and input costs while maintaining effective weed control. See SymphonyVision | Spot operating on a demo UTV at the PTx booth as it detects and targets only the weeds, illustrating how vision can translate to measurable savings and agronomic confidence in the field.
