During our time at CattleCon 2026 in Nashville, TN; two of the main talking points in regards to cattle health was the on-going challenges with BRD and the potential challenges with New World Screwworm. We talked BRD prevention and management with Che Trejo, Beef Technical Services Veterinarian with Merck Animal Health. Also, we learned about Exzolt Cattle-CA1, a first-of-its-kind FDA conditionally approved pour-on for New World screwworm and cattle fever tick. John Hutcheson, Ph.D., director of beef cattle technical services with Merck Animal Health. Learn more online at https://www.mahcattle.com.
